Glo Amassadors at the official launch of X factor
X Factor is coming to Africa for the first time courtesy of Globacom Telecommunication Network. X Factor is a reality singing TV competition designed to find new talents. It is contested by aspiring singers,drawn from public auditions and it is open to all ages, sex, religious or political groups.
Auditions for X factor will begin this weekend in Portharcourt at the Presidential Hotel from April 13th to 14th. The X Factor train will then move to Abuja at Ladi Kwali hall of Sheraton hotel on April 20th and 21st.
The Lagos audition will take place at Dreams Studio,No1 Bamako road by Omole Estate on May 25th and 26th.
The winner will cart home a sum price of #24m and also get a recording contract with the internationally acclaimed Sony Music.
